You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. If we initiate proceedings related to a Dispute in any other forum, we may do so only concurrently with initiating proceedings in the courts located in Los Angeles County.
In any Dispute, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.
Modification
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions of these Terms will be posted on our Site and are effective immediately. Please check back frequently to review the current Terms. Your continued access or use of our Site or Services constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to any modification, you must stop using our Site and Services.
